Customization
Not every room fits a catalogue fixture. If the piece you need is a different size, a different finish, or a shape we do not stock, we can have it made — and we can equally start from a drawing you bring us. Write to support@artiverre.com with what you have in mind, or send it through our Contact page.
What can be changed
- Dimensions — diameter, height, and drop length, sized to your ceiling and to the furniture below.
- Metal finish — brass, chrome, gunmetal, matte black, and others on request.
- Shade material — alabaster, crystal, or glass, including combinations.
- Light output — color temperature and dimming behavior.
- Electrical specification — 110V or 220–240V, and the bulb base used in your market.
- Matched sets — multiple pieces finished to the same specification for one project.
Starting from a piece in our catalogue
This is the quickest route. Send us the product link and tell us what needs to change — a wider diameter, a longer drop for a stairwell, a different metal. If you are not sure what size suits the room, a photo of the space together with the ceiling height and the width of the table or island underneath is usually enough for us to recommend a scale.
Starting from your own design
A sketch, a photograph, a screenshot, or a drawing from your architect all work. Alongside the image, tell us the rough dimensions you are aiming for, the finish and materials you want, and where the piece will hang. We reply with a dimensioned drawing, so you can see exactly what you are approving before anything is made.
Hospitality and trade projects
For hotels, restaurants, showrooms, and multi-unit residential work we quote by project rather than by item. Send the quantity, your target installation date, and any specification documents you already hold. Finishes are matched across the whole order, and deliveries can be staged to follow a construction schedule.
How the process runs
- Enquiry — you tell us what you need. We normally reply within one business day.
- Quote — price, lead time, and any technical notes we think you should know about.
- Drawing — a dimensioned drawing or rendering for your written approval. Nothing enters production before you sign it off.
- Production — begins once the drawing is approved and the order is placed.
- Delivery — custom pieces take longer than stock items. The exact lead time is stated in your quote rather than estimated afterwards.
Worth including in your first email
None of this is required, but it usually saves a round of messages: the ceiling height of the room, the width of the table, island, or stairwell the fixture will hang above, the voltage used in your country, and whether the ceiling is sloped. If something is missing we will simply ask.
Custom pieces carry the same 2-year warranty as the rest of our catalogue. Because each one is made to your own specification, custom orders follow different return terms from stock items; those terms are confirmed in writing with your quote before you commit.
