At Artiverre, we are dedicated to delivering your beautiful lighting fixtures, such as Chandeliers, Ceiling Lights, and Table Lamps, safely and efficiently to your home or business. Please review our shipping policy for details on methods, costs, and timeframes.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (US). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your lighting fixture.
- Standard Shipping: Our most economical option for most lighting products.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for select items and destinations for faster delivery.
Please note that larger or more fragile items, such as the Alabaster Multi-storey Chandelier or Crimped Crystal Chandelier, may require specialized handling and packaging, which can affect shipping times and costs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination of your order, and the selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
- We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount as part of promotional offers. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order for a lighting fixture (e.g., Modern disc ceiling Light, Modern Marble Table Lamp) is placed, our team typically requires 1-3 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. This includes quality checks, packaging, and handing off to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped (after the processing time).
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2-5 business days.
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (if applicable), or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier's website.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Artiverre is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
8. Damages During Shipping
While we take utmost care in packaging our lighting fixtures, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged:
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package and its contents immediately upon delivery.
- Document Damage: If you notice any damage to the packaging or the lighting fixture itself (e.g., a broken Modern ring crystal Chandelier), take clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@artiverre.com. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you took.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, which may include arranging for a replacement or a refund.
9. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours of the reported delivery, please contact us at support@artiverre.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
