Refund and Return Policy for Artiverre

At Artiverre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixtures, whether it's a stunning Chandelier or a functional Table Lamp. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Custom-made or personalized lighting fixtures.
- Items explicitly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@artiverre.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective lighting fixture for the same item, please send us an email at support@artiverre.com immediately with photos of the damage. We will guide you through the exchange process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@artiverre.com with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
