These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artiverre website (artiverre.com) and all products and services offered by Artiverre (collectively, the "Services"). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Artiverre pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
